Thank God it’s Frieza! I mean, Thank God it’s Friday! We made it to Friday and we are close to the weekends. It’s time to say goodbye to July and say hello to August. This also means back to school to some children, time to hit the books. On August 4th, the movie Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’ will premiere at select theaters in the USA. Watch as the Z-fighters, and Jaco, face Frieza and his 1,000 army. Experience his new, deadly form Golden Frieza and Goku’s new Super Saiyan God SS form. For the past days, I have been very busy on Liebster Awards because I got nominated 3 times! I never thought I would be that popular. Once again I thank you all for nominating me. Three times the charm. I must be really popular if I keep getting nominated for the Liebster Award. I want to thank One St0p for all EnterTainmenT from for nominating me for the Liebster Awards.

My answers:
1. I pick Dogs.

2. This is tough but I guess it would be Crossing Field by LiSA. The song can be found in the first Sword Art Online anime.

My favorite anime ending song is Trust Me by Yuya Matsushita. It is the first ending theme from Durarara!!

3. I like swords.

4. Interesting character

Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach. He is that kind of guy who willing to fight for his friends. He was willing to save Rukia and fight the Soul Society.

Annoying character

Kokoa Shuzen from Rosario Vampire: Capu2. Personally, I see her as a bratty girl that is here for the show just for comedy. She just fights with the characters.

5. I first got exposed to anime when I was very little and watched Pokemon. I used to watch this when I was in Kindergarten. Later on in Elementary school, I always came home from school and watched Toonami. I watched Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Pokemon, and YuYu Hakusho.

6. I would say I either Chad from Bleach or Haruyuki from Accel World. I am like Chad because I am very calm and quiet and I willing to help others when needed.

7. It is either action-adventure or slice-of-life. Each with a hint of comedy.

8. I would 8/10. I am willing to talk to people, but I get nervous on what to say and I try to decide on how to start a conversation.

9. No, but if I could I want be Ichigo Kurosaki with his Hollow mask.

 

10. My favorite anime voice actor is either Chris Sabat or Bryce Papenbrook.

11. My first anime that I watched twice would be Death Note. I almost watched Clannad again but I did not.

1. If you could describe your personality in three words, what three words would you use? And why those words?

  • Kind: I treat people with the same respect as I want to be treated.
  • Curious: I am always exploring and discovering news things, especially when reading blogs.
  • Patient: I don’t mind waiting for something. If it is news or announcements, I just wait for the day it is announced.

2. Do you have a pet peeve? If so, what is it?

I do have a pet peeve, call me crazy but I really dislike people cursing or swearing. Personally, it sounds ugly and it gives the person a bad appearance.

3. Do you think out loud?

Sometimes it happens XD.

4. Do you listen to music while you blog? If so, what genre of music?

Yes, I listen to music. I listen to either anime songs or Christian Rock.

I would really change the last episode of Gurren Lagann. I really think Nia should still exist and married to Simon. Simon really loved her and after going through everything, he should be awarded for saving the world.

10.If you knew the world is going to end tomorrow, what would you do on your last day?

If the world was going to end tomorrow, I would spend my last day with my family and say thank you to my friends for helping me at school. I would also make a final post here, saying thank you for listening to my posts. I would also apologize my family for any past mistakes I have caused and gave them grief.

11.Would you meet a blogger (or bloggers) in real life? If so, who and why?

I would like to meet some bloggers. I would like to meet Marvelously Mismatched, Aniplays, Daiyamanga, Anime Reviewer Girl, UEM! and so many more who visits my blog. These people are so kind and we have so many things in common. Anime and Manga for the win!

01. Have you ever watched any J-dramas?

No, I have not seen any J-Dramas.

02. Name an author or mangaka who you consider a legend.

I would choose either Akira Toriyama, the creator of the Dragon Ball series, or Eiichiro Oda, the creator of One Piece.

03. Do you prefer physical media or digital?

I pick both. I like digital because it is fast and simple, but I also like physical so I can feel it and it may have exclusive stuff not available for digital.

04. Are you more likely to be the boke (funny man) or tsukkomi (straight man)?

I feel like I am more close to a tsukkomi.

05. Is there an anime or manga that made you laugh for all the wrong reasons?

I think I laughed when Yamcha got killed by the Saibaman from Dragon Ball Z and was easily defeated by the Androids. I blame TFS abridged Lol

06. Name a series where the original manga is better than the anime.

I would pick the Hellsing manga. I never actually read the manga, but I heard that the Ultimate series and the manga are close to each other as opposed to the classic version.

07. Now name a series where the anime is better than the original manga.

I would choose One Piece. The ocean is vast and exploring places and meeting people is an adventure. The fillers they add in the show doesn’t bother me too much.

08. Do you play visual novels?

I have played visual novels. I played the first Narcissu and played a little bit of If My Heart Had Wings.

09. What’s your favorite pie?

Pumpkin Pie

10. If you could appear on any game show or reality show, what would it be?

I would pick Wipeout.

11. Name a character whom you would NOT want to be on your team in a game show.

If the game show involves water and knowledge, I would not choose Monkey D. Luffy. He can’t swim or intelligent.

Here is the news with ISIS and the world from ANN:

“Ever since the Sunni rebel group, the Islamic State (also known as ISIS, ISIL, or Da’esh) took control of much of northern Iraq in the summer of 2014, Western governments and neighboring countries have puzzled over how to fight it. Should they go for a direct military intervention, or restrict their involvement to air strikes? Can other local rebel groups be trusted to put up a resistance? Can anything be done to hinder the spread of its radical Islamic ideology? While Japan has played a limited role in these discussions, Japanese members of the international hacker group Anonymous have a very Japanese idea: turn the image of the Islamic State from a terrifying rebel group into a harmless teenage girl. ” -from Anime News Network

 

This 19-year old girl clad in her burqa is named ISIS-Chan and she uses her knife to cut her favorite food melons. She was created a Japanese hacker who works with the organization Anonymous. Anonymous are encouraging people to draw ISIS-Chan and share them around the world as a way to ridicule the ISIS group according to Twitter user @Genknoxx. The user also mentions that this is the way to “de-fang ISIS”. What do you think of ISIS-Chan? Will it be effective or bust? Will it be better or worse?
