TGIF Friday Funny 83: New Game, Same Rules

Thank God it’s Friday! Hello everyone, this is Matt-in-the-Hat and welcome back for another exciting day of Friday Funny. We made it to Friday and we made it through half of November. As we go through the other half, get ready for the holidays such Thanksgiving. Besides eating the big turkey, get ready for sales for video games and anime. Save up your money and keep an eye out for sales and specific days like Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Speaking of new games, if you own a 3DS, get ready for the new game, Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon. In this new game, trainers will get to meet new Pokemon like the starter Pokemon Rowlet (grass and flying), Litten (fire) and Popplio (water). New features such 4 player Pokemon Battle Royal where 4 trainers can fight each other and also training where trainers train their Pokemon with other people. Even classic Pokemon return and reveal the new Alola Forms. Pokemon like Meowth and Exggutor will change forms and types to enhance combat.

If you don’t own a 3DS, you can always enjoy games for PS4 and Xbox One such as of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, Watch Dogs 2, and Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Years Celebration. Personally, the one game I am looking forward to is… Final Fantasy XV. Final Fantasy XV is set to be released on 11/29 for PS4 and Xbox One. Japan recently released another Demo called the Judgement Disc. Based on what is shown, Japanese players will play only the first chapter of the game.

Also in random news, I still haven’t seen Doctor Strange, but I have seen Hacksaw Ridge. To those who don’t know what it is, it’s a movie based on a true story about a brave soldier named Desmond Doss (played by Andrew Garfield) who gets drafted into World War II and earns the Medal of Honor without holding a gun based on religion beliefs. Even without touching a weapon, Desmond was a valuable soldier who helped saved injured soldiers during the fight against the Japanese. The movie was directed by Mel Gibson, same guy who directed the Passion of the Christ and Brave Heart. This is by far the best movie I have ever seen. The real heroes are the ones that fought for America. God bless America.

In my personal life, it’s a roller coaster ride. My life is having one of those up and down moments.

With this said, game on!

To end this post, here some neat videos to celebrate the release of Pokemon Sun and Moon.

Happy 20th Anniversary Pokemon!
