Friday Funny 150: A Royal Friday

TGIF!

Thank God it’s Friday! Welcome back to another exciting Friday. It’s time to say goodbye to February and say hello to March, my favorite month of the year besides December. A lot of things are happening in this month such as new movies for this month. We have movies like Tomb Raider which is based on the young Lara Croft in the new Tomb Raider games and then we also have the upcoming Sci-Fi nerd experience movie coming out called Ready Player One. In this TGIF post, I want to dedicate this Friday to my favorite video game Final Fantasy XV. The reason why is because on March 6th, get ready to experience Final Fantasy XV in new and different ways, especially if you are new to the series. On March 6th, if you are PC owner, get ready to play Final Fantasy XV on the PC. Whether you have Steam, Windows, Origins or download it from the Square Enix store, players who are interested in this game will be able to experience Final Fantasy XV in an exciting way. According to Square Enix, FFXV on the PC will have an enhanced graphics and players will have access to content previously released such as the Episode DLC, Online Multiplayer, the alternate chapter 13, and the Royal Edition content (I will explain soon). Depending on where you pre-purchase, you can get exclusive DLC costumes for Noctis or your custom character. On Steam pre-purchase, you can cosplay as Gordon Freeman from the Half-Life series. On Origins, you can dress up as with the Sims 4 Pack. Also, you can mod the game and have silly things like change the NPC as Cactuars!

However, there is more for FFXV fans! If you want to play FFXV on the consoles with the recent updates and DLC, there is a way. Also released on the same day, Square Enix will release Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition. According to the info, this edition will have the FFXV game, the Season Pass DLC like the Episodes and Online, new attacks and items such as the new Armiger Unleahsed and Royal Vessel boat, and new enemies and dungeons in the Ruins of Insomnia (we get to see older Cor and explore more of Insomnia). I believe that in American dollars, this game will cost about $50. However, if you already have the game and don’t want to spend for another copy, the Royal Edition will be a DLC (I think it will be about $20).

Last, but not least, SciFi Japan is holding a contest to anyone who wants to win the anime movie Hunter x Hunter: Phantom Rogue and the first volume of Hunter x Hunter. Both are in English and Blu-Ray. Phantom Rogue takes place before Greed Island arc and Gon and Killua must find out who stole their friend Kurapika’s eyes. According to Kurapika, the thief has a spider mark and it’s possible that this thief is from his clan.

Anyway, let’s kick start this Friday!

Here is what to expect from the Royal Edition and updates to Online. The Royal Edition will also be included in the PC.

PC owners:

To end the series, I will share some anime songs. I heard about the anime awards and that some awards were given to My Hero Academia. I haven’t seen season 2, but I am happy to hear this anime get popularity. I didn’t care much about Yuri on Ice and how it won last years. However, instead of focusing on MHA and since Netflix released the live-action movie Fullmetal Alchemist, here are some songs from the anime! I totally recommend watching Fullmetal Alchemist, classic and Brotherhood. Brotherhood is actually better because it follows the manga and has a satisfying ending. In both series, it has a great English Dub cast, animation is perfect, unique storyline and amazing songs.

See you next Friday!
