Thank God it’s Friday! Welcome back for another Friday filled with funny memes. I am so happy to see you guys again and enjoy some Friday memes. I want to say I hope everyone is doing okay this week. It’s been a rough weekend for us since the shootings occurred here in the US. I pray for safety for all of us and I pray for God that He may heal the people hurt. This is the first week of August and I also hope you guys are staying cool in the heat. It’s also fire season due to dry weather. Stay safe and be prepared when fire strikes. In recap news, it looks like we’re getting some DLC for some fighting games. Soul Calibur VI is getting a second season pass which will include Cassandra and a character from Samurai Shodown. Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition will be releasing a summer pack which will include classic fighter E. Honda and two Final Fight characters Poison and Lucia. Dragon Ball FighterZ just released the next fighter named Janemba from Fusion Reborn. We did see gameplay of the upcoming Gogeta character but there is no release date yet. Last but not least in the news, we have the live action movie of Dora and the Lost City of Gold. Based on the Nick Jr. educational cartoon, Nickelodeon is giving us an action packed fun filled movie featuring Dora and Boots trying to find the city of gold with her friends and going against challenges. This got to be one of the weirdest live actions I ever seen. I don’t plan on watching this movie but I am not going to stop you from enjoying it. I actually thought this was a joke or fan parody movie when I first heard about this, but I was wrong. If this movie does well, we could see more live action adaptations from other kids cartoons like Blue Clues or Franklin. Let’s not give any other ideas to the studios.
