The Rising of the Shield Hero anime gets a season 2 and 3!

I am pretty late in watching this anime, but I hear it’s a pretty good Isekai anime. If you like Isekai anime, you chould probably check out this anime, The Rising of the Shield Hero. If you enjoyed the first season, I hope you are ready for more adventures. It’s been announced by Crunchyroll Expo that this anime is going to be getting not just a season 2, but a season 2 and season 3! This is great news for fans who loved this anime. So far there is no release date yet but it’s official that fans will be getting something awesome to watch. This anime appeared in Japan this January and it even got a simulcast with an English Dub. Plot Synopsis:

Iwatani Naofumi, a run-of-the-mill otaku, finds a book in the library that summons him to another world. He is tasked with joining the sword, spear, and bow as one of the Four Cardinal Heroes and fighting the Waves of Catastrophe as the Shield Hero. Excited by the prospect of a grand adventure, Naofumi sets off with his party. However, merely a few days later, he is betrayed and loses all his money, dignity, and respect. Unable to trust anyone anymore, he employs a slave named Raphtalia and takes on the Waves and the world. But will he really find a way to overturn this desperate situation?
