“Snyder Cut version” Justice League will be released in HBO Max

A Snyder Cut of Justice League is really coming to HBO Max in 2021 ...

Remember the 2017 movie Justice League movie? Good news for DC fans, it looks like you will be able to see a different version of Justice League in 2021. According to IGN, Man of Steel director Zack Snyder confirmed that he will be releasing the “Snyder Cut” version of Justice League. It was revealed during a livestream watch-along of Man of Steel along with Superman actor Henry Cavill.

Snyder's Justice League director's cut will hit HBO Max

Here is what he said about the news:

“I want to thank HBO Max and Warner Brothers for this brave gesture of supporting artists and allowing their true visions to be realized. Also a special thank you to all of those involved in the SnyderCut movement for making this a reality.”

However, according to THR, it’s unknown if this version will be released as episodic chapters or a full director’s cut movie. If you want to see it, get HBO Max and be ready for 2021.

To those who don’t know, the reason why this Snyder Cut rumor appeared is because Zack Snyder was first given the chance to direct Justice League. Unfortunately, due to a family tragedy, Snyder stepped down and Avenger’s director Joss Whedon took over the project. Due the film’s poor reviews, fans believed if Snyder was still in charge of the movie, things would have been better and this led to the speculation that there was a movie that he intended doing, but it never got to see the light of day.
