Thank God it’s Friday! Welcome back for another fun-filled episode of Friday Funny. I hope everyone is doing okay and are safe from hurricanes and fires. This is me, Matthew from Matt-in-the-Hat. No doubt about that this is me and present every Friday. Before we begin this Friday post, let’s quickly go over some news. Makoto Shinkai’s movie Weathering With You is out for purchase. If you liked the movie Your Name, go check out this movie and appreciate the beauty of the story and animation. You can get the standard DVD/Blu-Ray combo or the steelbook version. Speaking of anime, Funimation announced this week that the Netflix TV anime Violet Evergarden will be getting a DVD release this year in 2020. It’s unknown when is the release date, but you will have the option to get the standard DVD version or the limited edition; if you want the LE, save up and pre-order now before it becomes hard to purchase. This week, Sony released some brand new video game news in regards to the upcoming Playstation 5. The Playsation 5 will cost up to $499 and the digital edition will cost $399. We also got some new games for the PS5 such as Final Fantasy XVI, God of War Ragnrok, and Spider-Man Miles Morales. Some of the games will be available for PS4 such as Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition. The new console will be released in November this year. Hopefully these news will redeem 2020.
