It has been announced today that NetherRealm Studios will be releasing Kombat Pack 2 in which MK characters Mileena and Rain will be joining Mortal Kombat 11. Not only we are getting returning characters, but we are also getting another guest character. Iconic movie character Rambo will be joining the roster and movie actor Sylvester Stallone will return, but will voice this character.
According to the Playstation Blog, this character pack will be released on November 17th, 2020.
Ultimate Edition
To make this news even more exciting, it has been announced today that Mortal Kombat 11 will be getting an Ultimate Edition. According to game director Ed Boon, Twitter and the Playstation Blog, Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate will be a re-release of MK11 will all the DLC Packs. This includes DLC Pack 1, 2 and Aftermath.
MK11 Ultimate will be available to pre-order on October 15th and the game will be released for November 17th, 2020. This Ultimate Edition will be available for current and new MK11 gamers for PS4 and Xbox One and if anyone buys it for either one, you will have a free copy of this game for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. There will also be cross-play with these consoles from PS4/5 and Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
