Depending on how you feel with games getting delayed, this could be either good or bad news. It was announced on Twitter last week that the upcoming remake game Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Remake will be delayed. According to the statement released, Ubisoft hasn’t a new release date yet. They mentioned the game will come out later this year. The team are hoping to take the time to make this remake a faithful adaptation to the original.

  1. Feel like game delays are becoming more and more common these days. Maybe due to the pandemic, but also think its publishers who really want their money fast announce the games way earlier than they should. Think its a mixture of both.

    • Yeah I think so too. It’s not easy to work while there is a pandemic going on. You can only have a few workers in one location. I guess also Ubisoft wanted to join in the remake bandwagon with games like Final Fantasy VII Remake and the Resident Evil games.
