While we may not get the Mandalorian this year, that doesn’t mean you should cancel your Disney Plus account because Disney will be giving us something to watch in May. On May 4th, get ready for the next Star Wars series adventure called Star Wars: The Bad Batch which will exclusive be streamed on Disney Plus. The first episode is on May 4th, but the second episode will be on May 7th; new episodes will be aired on every Friday. Even though you might have finished the The Clone Wars series, there s more adventures with the Clones.

Subsequent episodes will premiere on Fridays. The series follows the elite and experimental troopers of Clone Force 99 (first introduced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars) as they find their way in a rapidly changing galaxy in the immediate aftermath of the Clone War. Members of Bad Batch, as they prefer to be called — a unique squad of clones who vary genetically from their brothers in the Clone Army — each possess a singular exceptional skill, which makes them extraordinarily effective soldiers and a formidable crew.
Star Wars: The Bad Batch is executive produced by Dave Filoni (The Mandalorian, Star Wars: The Clone Wars), Athena Portillo (Star Wars: The Clone Wars, Star Wars Rebels), Brad Rau (Star Wars Rebels, Star Wars Resistance) and Jennifer Corbett (Star Wars Resistance, NCIS) with Carrie Beck (The Mandalorian, Star Wars Rebels) as co-executive producer and Josh Rimes as producer (Star Wars Resistance). Rau is also serving as supervising director with Corbett as head writer.

Star Wars: Republic Commando
If you are like me who missed out on this 2005 game, you’ll be happy to play this on your Nintendo Switch and PS4/5. Thanks to the game company Aspyr, video game company well-known for porting other Star Wars games like Star Wars Jedi Knight I and II, the video game Star Wars: Republic Commando will be heading to modern consoles on April 6th with the price of $14.99 (depending where your home country). This game was first launched for Xbox and PC for 2005 until 2018 where players can play this game on Xbox One for backwards compatibility. This is will be the first time this game will jump to Playstation and Nintendo.
The game follows an elite squadron of genetically modified clone troopers who embark on specialized missions during the conflict – and asks players to control the squad alongside traditional first-person shooting.
