Before I forget, I wanted to share with you another Funko Pop haul! This post will feature Pops I collected in March. Unlike haul posts I written before, this will all be from Hot Topic, but from different transactions. Just in case you were wondering where I got these figures, Hot Topic is your answer.
92. Dark Magician from Yu-Gi-Oh!
93. Harley Quinn (Imperial) from DC
94. Sorcerer Mickey Art Series 14 from Fantasia
In the first wave of my purchase, I got three figures featuring Harley Quinn, Dark Magician and Mickey Mouse. Just like my last purchase from February, I was able to snag some hard to find figures. Last month, I bought the Imperial version of Batman and Joker and now I was able to get Harley Quinn. I almost got the rest of the Yu-Gi-Oh! cast, but I was able to get Yugi’s trusty partner card, the Dark Magician. I was surprised Hot Topic restocked this figure. The next set of characters I need to get from the rest is Yami Yugi, Exodia and Slifer the Sky Dragon. The third character I got in my purchase is the second art version of Sorcerer Mickey. The only one I have has Mickey splatter with paint and this one has shooting stars on him.
95. Batman Earth -44 or also known as Murder Machine (Chase Edition)
This is the last one in the month of March. This Hot Topic exclusive is also a Chase Edition in which this figure glows in the dark. I haven’t read the comics, but this Batman is from a dark universe where Batman, after going through a tragic loss, obtains the technology and knowledge of Cyborg. With the tech of Cyborg and abilities of Batman, this Batman will use any methods to pass judgement on Gotham even if it means killing his enemies and his friends. This Batman is a corrupt version where he obtains the powers of Cyborg and passes judgement. If you are curious to know more about this Batman and other corrupt version, go read the Dark Nights Metal series.
That’s the end of the March haul post. I have a total of 95 figures!
The Sorcerer Mickey is very cool!
One of my favorite versions of Mickey Mouse. It’s a classic.
