Thank God it’s Friday! Welcome back everyone for a hot Friday! I hope everyone is staying cool and avoiding the sun. I know I been trying to stay cool in these night shifts these past days. Before we begin, let’s go over some quick news. This weekend is the official opening to the movie The Suicide Squad. Unlike 2016’s version of the movie, this movie will have a brand new story and it will be worked on by The Guardian’s of the Galaxy director James Gunn. In this movie, we’ll have some iconic DC villains working together to take on a greater threat. Fans can expect to see characters such as Harley Quinn, Peacemaker, King Shark, Polka-Dot and many more. This weekend, to celebrate the release of The Suicide Squad, Toonami will be having a marathon of the adult action comedy series Harley Quinn. After breaking up with Joker, Harley wants to be the next biggest villain. Last but not least, this is brief, but Black Widow actress Scarlett Johansson is suing Disney for breaking their contract with the simulations release of the movie Black Widow.
