In case you missed the news this week, we got some surprising news if you been wanting details on the Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie. It has been announced online that voice of Knuckles will be voiced by movie actor Idris Elba. It was already announced that Knuckles was planned to be in this sequel movie and Idris Elba posted online of Knuckles with his fist confirming he will be the Echidna. Idris Elba is well known for his movies which he appeared in the Thor films and recently the DC movie The Suicide Squad. He also lend his voice in Disney movies such as Finding Dory and Zootopia. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie is expected for release on April 8th, 2022.

Venom 2 delayed!
This might be minor bad news, but the upcoming Sony movie Venom: Let There Be Carnage will be pushed back again. Despite places opening up, the Delta Variant is rising and business is being cautious. This Venom sequel movie will now be planned for a theatrical release on October 15th of this year.

That’s definitely going to be a pretty different take on the Knuckles voice. I’m certainly eager to see how it turns out, that’s easily one of my most hyped movies coming up
Yeah me too. I never expected him to voice Knuckles. He’s a good actor. After seeing the first movie, I can’t wait to see the next adventure for Sonic.
I don’t like the new Venom movies, but I can’t wait to hear Idris Elba’s voice as the Knuckles guy. Three things for me when I do see that new Sonic 2 movie.
1. I sure hope Colleen O’Shaugnessey will reprise her role as Tails in a major role this time in this new Sonic movie. For what she did in that mid credits scene was remarkable.
2. Wonder what Agent Stone’s reaction will be when he sees Jim Carrey as Dr. Ivo Robotnik/Eggman again when he has changed a bit.
& 3. Can’t wait to see what Jim Carrey as Dr. Eggman will look like.

I am curious about the next Venom movie. I wonder if this one is going to tie in with the upcoming Morbius movie.
It would be cool if Colleen does come back for Tails. I am used to hearing her voice as Tails in the past games. I actually like Stone and his partnership with Robotnik. I wonder is he’s going to be back and be loyal to Robotnik in the next movie.
I sure hope so on Colleen O’Shaugnessey reprising her role as Tails again. Mostly a major movie role this time.
