I got some bad news for anyone who likes online gaming. Just like the game One Punch Man: A Hero Nobody Knows, Bandai Namco is planning to end online services on the anime crossover fighting game Jump Force. The game will be ending digital sales on the digital game and any DLC will be begin on February 7, 2022 and all online game services will be on August 25, 2022.
Here is what is going to be omitted once the services ends:
- Logging in to the multiplayer lobby
- Online events
- Clan functions
- Viewing the Notice Board
- Viewing the leaderboards
- Accepting Rewards from the Reward Counter
- In-game Store
- Premium Shop
- Online Ranked Match.
After August here is what will remain in the game:
- Offline content
- Online battles (Not Ranked Battles)
- DLC (if purchased before the cut-off date.)
If you still enjoy Jump Force, enjoy the time right now and play some online matches. Once this takes affect, the game will be limited on online.
