Great news for Trigun fans, I got some major news for you if you love Vash the Stampede. It’s been 25 years since the original Trigun anime was released and die hard fans have been wanting more of the pacifist gunslinger, Vash. Thanks to the anime studio, Studio Orange, Yasuhiro Nightow’s manga Trigun will be coming back in the year 2023. The new anime will be titled Trigun Stampede. More details will be revealed at Anime Expo 2022 (July 1-4). In case you don’t know, Studio Orange is well-known for creating anime such as Beastars, Dimension W and Land of the Lustrous.

I can kind of understand it. But Trigun had a natural conclusion. Let it be.
I’m tired of people resurrecting old classics and usually missing the whole point of the original. Usually doing it for a lack of any good new ideas and to squeeze more money out of an existing fan base.
I a huge fan of Trigun, and a part of me is super excited and another part of me is kind of dreading the result of this reboot. I think I agree with you, some of these rebooted anime should have been left alone.
I became a new fan of the series after a friend of mine recommended me the anime. Hopefully we get some more updates. I did hear they want to use an updated voice cast.
Yeah I can see why some fans feel a bit iffy about this idea. I hear many complaints from the modern Berserk anime series. I wonder how close this new anime is going to be parallel with the manga.
