If you are a blogger like myself, you probably got an email from the official team of WordPress and the parent company Automattic.
The WordPress News page wrote a post about their reasons why are they ending their Twitter auto-tweet function. In case you didn’t know at the time, Bloggers could link their Twitter accounts to WordPress and whenever you write a post. you will automatically tweet your recent post. Bloggers could write their posts on WordPress’ app on the JetPack app on your mobile device. However, with this recent news from the team, Automattic will no longer provide auto-tweeting for JetPack. Due to a disagreement on the pricing and the changes of terms and conditions, Automattic decided to end the Twitter API. However, the team announced you can still share your posts via with Twitter on the desktop. Automattic will also be adding the ability to share your work with Instagram and Mastodon. For now, you can still auto-share with Facebook, Linkin and Tumblr.

Ran into the same problem on Substack. I suppose all the blogging platforms have been excommunicated.
Really? I never heard of Substack. If this is the case, it’s going to be tough to share our works to others.
