Hello everyone, this is Matthew, a fan of the game series Kingdom Hearts. it has been months since Square Enix released the long awaited game Kingdom Hearts III. With these past news such as Kingdom Hearts joining Xbox One, I am surprised they haven’t made one for Nintendo Switch, PC or Stadia. Without going off topic, it was previously announced that Kingdom Hearts III was going to be getting a DLC called ReMIND in which gamers will continue the adventure withing Kingdom Hearts III. It was hinted a whole back that gamers would be able to play as many characters and unlock new keyblades. Recently, Square Enix revealed in a trailer of new announcements regarding to Kingdom Hearts III ReMIND. Unfortunately, Square Enix removed the trailer because it involves content that will contain spoilers to anyone who hasn’t completed Kingdom Hearts III or reached near the end of the story. In that trailer, also according to IGN, the DLC is being released in 2020 on two different dates depending on console choice. PS4 owners will get ReMIND on Jan 23th and Xbox One owners will get theirs on Feb 25th. In terms of characters, beside Sora, fans will be happy to play as Riku, Aqua and the newly announced Kairi.

In 2020, fans can buy Kingdom Hearts 1.5 + 2.5 HD ReMIX and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue for Xbox One. Originally, these games were exclusive for PS3 and PS4.

Another exciting news is that if you are debating on getting Kingdom Hearts III for either PS4 or X1, Square Enix is giving fans the chance to play a demo of Kingdom Hearts III. This decision was made by executive producer Ichiro Hazama. This demo will be for PS4 as well and this will help newcomers decide if KHIII is worth it. The demo includes the Toy Box and Mount Olympus World.

Does this make you want to play Kingdom Hearts? In 2020, you will be able to play Kingdom Hearts 1 or 2 on the Xbox. I wonder if we’ll get a Switch version of all Kingdom Hearts games.

We are only a few weeks away until E3 2019 but we’re getting some nifty info from Square Enix. It may not be Final Fantasy VII Remake or Kingdom Hearts III Re:MIND, but it does mention similar with these two. It’s been announced by Square Enix that DLC costumes will be added to the Steam page and PSN for Cloud and Squall in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT. These costumes originated from the Kingdom Hearts video games. Squall will be dressed in his Leon clothes with long hair and have the Sleeping Lion keyblade. Cloud will appear with his red cloak, gold claws and one winged appearance from KH1. Both costumes will be available to download on June 5th/6th for PSN and Steam.

Sephiroth KH costume also makes an appearance in Dissidia NT, but it’s not DLC. It can be purchased with in-game currency.
