I hope everyone is ready for some new games for their system because Square Enix is going to be releasing some amazing titles!
Announced at the same time as the Nintendo Direct, Square Enix is going to be releasing some well-known titles for the Switch, PS4 and Xbox One.
- Final Fantasy XV: Pocket Edition HD
- World of Final Fantasy Maxima
- Chocobo’s Mystery Dungeon
- Final Fantasy Chrystal Chronicles Remastered Edition
- Final Fantasy VII
- Final Fantasy XIV
- Final Fantasy X|X-2 Remaster

I will leave the link below at the official site because not all Final Fantasy titles are going to be on the Xbox One. The game World of Final Fantasy Maxima is an updated version of the original World of Final Fantasy which will include more chibi characters that were not present before like Zack from FFVII and Noctis from FFXVV. Final Fantasy XV: Pocket Edition HD is finally out for Switch! The only games that are not included or mentioned is Final Fantasy VIII and XIII.

It looks we’re going to hit some bumps on the road because I got some surprising news to share.
The anticipated remastered collection game Spyro Reignited Trilogy won’t be coming out this September, but instead it will be out this November 13th of this year. According to game developers “Toys For Bob”, the game needs some “love and care.”
Co-head of Toys For Bob Paul Yan commented on this news on the Activision blog:
“We’re deeply committed to getting these games right, so we’ve decided to move the release date of Spyro Reignited Trilogy to November 13, 2018. I really hoped that you would be rescuing dragons and scorching Rhynocs sooner, but the Trilogy needs more love and care. In November when you’re exploring the Dragon Realms, Avalar and the Forgotten Worlds, we know you’ll agree the extra time was worth the wait.”
What do you think about this news?
Spyro Reignited Trilogy will now be releasing on November 13th, 2018 for PS4 and Xbox One.
Announced before the beginning of E3, Team Ninja officially announced the return of the DOA series and unveiled the next installment called Dead or Alive 6. Based on the pictures and trailer, the game will feature a new engine where sweat and blood is apparent on the characters and the fighting. The game is set to be released in 2019 for Xbox One, PS4 and Steam.
According to the site Dualshockers.com, the team behind the game is hoping to make the game appear “cool.” What this means is that the team will be working on trying to make the characters feel real like expressing emotions and facial expressions. Also to add on that, it is more likely that the exaggeration on the female characters’ appeal will be toned down since fans of the game complained. In other words, the game characters will most likely be more serious in fighting.
Announced recently, Bandai Namco’s upcoming video game Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Strikers is set to be released on August 31st for PS4, Xbox One and PC Steam. If you live in North and South America, Europe or Southeast Asia, players will be able to play this game on the day it’s released.

To those who are under a rock, I got some excited news to share and it’s good news about Kingdom Hearts III. Since we are a couple of weeks away for E3, Square Enix hosted a special event where players can try out a demo of Kingdom Hearts III. Some of these players are fans such as anime English Voice actress Erika Harlacher got to experience Kingdom Hearts III. As of now, the news I found is just tidbits. Square Enix has not uploaded a trailer or anything on the Kingdom Hearts website. The stuff I found is from Twitter, IGN and GameSpot.
According to gameplays and screenshots, we got another Disney character joining Sora’s adventure, Video game character Wreck-It Ralph will be in Kingdom Hearts III and helping Sora; however, Ralph will be a summon character where Sora can call him and use him to fight.
Also revealed in the game is Sora’s new Keyblade abilities and fight style. Based on the pictures and videos, Sora can use different fight depending on what he uses. For example, using the keyblade based on Monster’s Inc. will allow Sora to transform his weapon into yo-yos and either use laser attacks or trap his enemies.
Shown in another gameplay, Sora can also use his environment for combat such as running on the walls similar to flowmation. Sora’s other attacks involves him using Disneyland’s live attraction rides as attacks which can help him fight bosses and enemies.
As a funny Easter Egg and tribute to Final Fantasy, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT makes a surprise visit in the world of Toy Story. Even the character Rex makes a comment about playing video games and referring back to Final Fantasy.
Unfortunately, we still don’t know the release date, but according to game director Nomura, he mentioned that the announcement of the release date should be coming probably in next month. My guess is that we will find out at E3 2018.
What do you think about this game? Kingdom Hearts III is coming out this year for PS4 and Xbox One.
It is already known that this game is coming to Japan and Europe, but now Bandai Namco just recently released news that the game inspired by the anime My Hero Academia is coming to America.
Revealed in the tweet, a trailer revealed the gameplay of the characters and the battle features such as stage destruction and a sidekick assist combat. However, this game got a name change. According to the trailer, the game is called My Hero One’s Justice. It’s unknown why they decided to remove Academia or it could be an error. In America, this game will be available for PS4, X1, Switch and PC for this year.
Remember the news from Square Enix that a new Tomb Raider game was being developed? Good news, it’s happening!
Revealed on YouTube, a new Tomb Raider game is set to be released in the fall of 2018. The new game is called Shadow of the Tomb Raider. The game will be available for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. The game release date is September 14th. There’ not much information, but according to the description players will “experience Lara Croft’s defining moment as she becomes the Tomb Raider.”
This is the third game of the series. The first one is Tomb Raider and the second one is Rise of the Tomb Raider.
Mentioned on Twitter y Playstation LifeStyle and GameSpot, there appears to be news in regards to Final Fantasy XV.
According to GameSpot, ESRB might have left a leak because in the game boards, there is a rating for a game called Final Fantasy XV: Royal Edition. Just like most games that is called Game of the Year, this updated edition will have the main Final Fantasy XV game along with DLC episodes (Episode Gladiolus, Prompto and Ignis). If this leak is true, people who wants to get into Final Fantasy XV will be happy to know that they can get their hands on this game for all the updates. This game will be for PS4 and Xbox One.
Square Enix also mentioned besides this and the upcoming PC game, 2018 is going to be really big for FFXV. Since I already have the DLC episodes, I will not buy this Royal Edition. So far, this news is only a leak but I believe this game will be real news.
