Taking a break from Final Fantasy, we have the Marvel showing off their long awaited video game project. Marvel is teaming with Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics to release the upcoming video game Marvel’s Avengers. This game will be both single player and cooperative and players will be able to play as the Avengers. You can play as Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor and Black Widow. Love Final Fantasy? Are you getting tired of hearing about Final Fantasy XV? I got some news to change that. If you are an Xbox One owner, get ready to relieve a well-known title for your modern console. This past weekend, Square Enix and Microsoft just announced that the trilogy series Final Fantasy XIII will be returning for Xbox One as a backward compatible game. This means, you can play Final Fantasy XIII, XIII-2 and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII on Xbox One. This will take place on November 13th.
Part of me wishes that I had an Xbox One so I can play these games.

It looks we’re going to hit some bumps on the road because I got some surprising news to share.
The anticipated remastered collection game Spyro Reignited Trilogy won’t be coming out this September, but instead it will be out this November 13th of this year. According to game developers “Toys For Bob”, the game needs some “love and care.”
Co-head of Toys For Bob Paul Yan commented on this news on the Activision blog:
“We’re deeply committed to getting these games right, so we’ve decided to move the release date of Spyro Reignited Trilogy to November 13, 2018. I really hoped that you would be rescuing dragons and scorching Rhynocs sooner, but the Trilogy needs more love and care. In November when you’re exploring the Dragon Realms, Avalar and the Forgotten Worlds, we know you’ll agree the extra time was worth the wait.”
What do you think about this news?
Spyro Reignited Trilogy will now be releasing on November 13th, 2018 for PS4 and Xbox One.
Announced before the beginning of E3, Team Ninja officially announced the return of the DOA series and unveiled the next installment called Dead or Alive 6. Based on the pictures and trailer, the game will feature a new engine where sweat and blood is apparent on the characters and the fighting. The game is set to be released in 2019 for Xbox One, PS4 and Steam.
According to the site Dualshockers.com, the team behind the game is hoping to make the game appear “cool.” What this means is that the team will be working on trying to make the characters feel real like expressing emotions and facial expressions. Also to add on that, it is more likely that the exaggeration on the female characters’ appeal will be toned down since fans of the game complained. In other words, the game characters will most likely be more serious in fighting.
Announced recently, Bandai Namco’s upcoming video game Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Strikers is set to be released on August 31st for PS4, Xbox One and PC Steam. If you live in North and South America, Europe or Southeast Asia, players will be able to play this game on the day it’s released.

This edition comes with a Naruto and Boruto figure and a season pass which will include an accessory based off of Jiraiya and other nine DLC packs.
According to the American version on Twitter, players who pre-order will be able to play as the Akatsuki Pain as early access and players can obtain the 7th Hokage accessory for your character,
To those who are under a rock, I got some excited news to share and it’s good news about Kingdom Hearts III. Since we are a couple of weeks away for E3, Square Enix hosted a special event where players can try out a demo of Kingdom Hearts III. Some of these players are fans such as anime English Voice actress Erika Harlacher got to experience Kingdom Hearts III. As of now, the news I found is just tidbits. Square Enix has not uploaded a trailer or anything on the Kingdom Hearts website. The stuff I found is from Twitter, IGN and GameSpot.
According to gameplays and screenshots, we got another Disney character joining Sora’s adventure, Video game character Wreck-It Ralph will be in Kingdom Hearts III and helping Sora; however, Ralph will be a summon character where Sora can call him and use him to fight.
Also revealed in the game is Sora’s new Keyblade abilities and fight style. Based on the pictures and videos, Sora can use different fight depending on what he uses. For example, using the keyblade based on Monster’s Inc. will allow Sora to transform his weapon into yo-yos and either use laser attacks or trap his enemies.
Shown in another gameplay, Sora can also use his environment for combat such as running on the walls similar to flowmation. Sora’s other attacks involves him using Disneyland’s live attraction rides as attacks which can help him fight bosses and enemies.
As a funny Easter Egg and tribute to Final Fantasy, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT makes a surprise visit in the world of Toy Story. Even the character Rex makes a comment about playing video games and referring back to Final Fantasy.
Unfortunately, we still don’t know the release date, but according to game director Nomura, he mentioned that the announcement of the release date should be coming probably in next month. My guess is that we will find out at E3 2018.
What do you think about this game? Kingdom Hearts III is coming out this year for PS4 and Xbox One.
